Heather Latter Three-year-old Christopher Wood received a gift from jolly St. Nick yesterday morning during the annual Christmas party at the Fort Frances Nursery School. Santa wasn’t able to stay for long, though, as he had other early presents to deliver that day.

Lucas Punkari Muskie forward Chris Bobczynski fired a shot towards the Siouox Lookout Warriors’ net during NorWOSSA action last Thursday night at the Ice For Kids Arena. A returning Grade 12 forward, Bobczynski lit the lamp to help the black-and-gold to a 7-1 triumph.
Heather Latter Junior students at St. Francis School performed a number of carols, including “O Come, O Come Emmanuel” and “Joy to the World,” last night during their Christmas Soirée to celebrate the season. There also was a special hand chimes performance while refreshments were served in classrooms afterwards.
