Cameron Penney Norma Danku laid a brick in memory of her late husband, Joe, during the Fort Frances Lions Club’s annual “Dandy Lion Festival” held Sunday afternoon at the Lions Millennium Park on Second Street East. A total of 31 bricks were laid this year.
