Ken Kellar Rhonda DeGagne processed some emotions as she shook hands with FFHS vice-principal Dan Bird during the graduation ceremony held at the Memorial Sports Centre on Thursday evening. DeGagne was also a recipient of the Aboriginal Youth Entrepreneurship Program Certificate.
