Santa Claus took time from his busy schedule at the North Pole to make a guest appearance during the Christmas parade in Emo on Friday evening that attracted a cold but excited crowd in conjunction with “Holly Daze” festivities there.
Three-year-old Ayiana Gagne, left, and her sister, Jacy, five, visited with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Fort Frances Museum on Saturday. Children had their pictures taken with the jolly couple, enjoyed cookies and cocoa, and also were invited to join in some games and activities.
