The Rainy Lake Orchestra, conducted by Joe Belanger, performed a free concert, entitled “Holiday Melodies,” on the evening of Dec. 17 at the Fort Frances Public Library and Technology Centre. Refreshments were provided by the “Friends of the Library” while donations were collected for the local Salvation Army food bank.
