Allison Cox, director of the Riverside Foundation for Health Care, was getting settled into her new office last Wednesday in the lobby at La Verendrye General Hospital where the registration desk used to be. This move is intended to increase visibility and access to the Foundation by the public and further assist them in supporting health care “close to home.” Cox, who will be back from the holidays on Jan. 2, will be there Monday to Friday from 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. Patient registration, meanwhile, has been moved to the first floor.
