Kali Tessier, left, showed her best friend, Olivia Allen, her colourful creation during Community Living Fort Frances and District’s garland-making open art studio yesterday afternoon in the Shaw Room at the Fort Frances Public Library. Participants used fabric, burlap, and ribbon to make unique garland–just in time for the holidays. The free workshop was Community Living’s final one for the year.
