Construction of the Rainy River District Social Services Administration Board’s new eight-bachelor unit apartment building for single individuals has begun behind Lady Frances Place on Fifth Street East. Once complete, the building will include four units with individual entrances on both the top and bottom floors. Two of the lower apartments will be fully-accessible. It is expected to be completed in May.
