From the OPP
On Saturday around 11:30 a.m., the Rainy River District OPP, along with the Watten Fire Department and Rainy River District EMS, responded to motor-vehicle collision on Highway 11 near Nickle Lake Road, east of Fort Frances.
The driver of an eastbound vehicle crossed the centre line and collided with a westbound pickup truck.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage but only minor injuries were reported.
A 25-year-old female from Rainy River District was charged with careless driving.
