Members of the Kenora OPP have charged a Fort Frances man with impaired driving offences.
Shortly after 11 p.m. on Monday, police conducted a vehicle stop on Fifth Street South in the City of Kenora.
Police determined the male driver had been consuming alcohol.
He was arrested at the scene and transported for tests.
As a result, a 61-year-old Fort Frances man was charged with driving while impaired and fail/refuse to provide a breath sample.
He is to appear in court in Kenora on Dec. 28.
