Fine Line Art Gallery co-op member Jean Richards put out one of the festive items donated for the silent auction now underway there (529 Mowat Ave.) Bids are being accepted through Sunday, Nov. 19, when the winning bidders will be announced during the gallery’s “Christmas Extravaganza” open house. A portion of the auction’s proceeds will go to a local worthy cause. The open house, which runs from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., will feature artwork and unique crafts for sale, as well as refreshments and live music. Crafters who want to take part must contact the gallery before Nov. 13, with the entry fee being $10.
