Special “Canada 150” tulips planted by the local Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary have fully bloomed in front of the Legion here. Tulips also are sprouting from the flower beds outside the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre, although they haven’t yet bloomed into red-and-white beauties like these ones.
