Sturgeon Creek School’s Math and Mental Health Night was a huge success!
The school had booths ranging from the Northwestern Health Unit, Weechi-it-te-win, Child and Family Services, and the Métis Nation of Ontario to a mini-curling game led by the 2017 mixed Canadian curling champions Trevor Bonot and Jackie McCormick.
The school went all out and had draws for the families who attended, “swag bags,” and prizes for the vendors, as well.
Students were leading their parents and guardians through the school with smiles on their faces while the vendors shared information about their organizations.
Fun was had by all!
