From the OPP
On March 10 around 5:30 p.m., the Rainy River District OPP received a report of a motor-vehicle collision in a parking lot on the 200 block of Third Street East.
During the investigation, the driver, a 49-year-old Fort Frances male, was arrested and taken to OPP detachment for breath tests.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for the mandatory seven days.
The driver subsequently was charged with driving with a blood alcohol level over 80 mg and having a blood alcohol level over 80 mg.
He will appear in court here April 25.
