Online survey launched to get Foundation input

If you didn’t make it to any of the Riverside Foundation for Health Care’s information sessions last week, don’t fret–you still can have your input.
The Foundation is asking district residents to fill out an online survey, which can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/r/P2DHNGH
The brief survey asks:
•your level of awareness of the Foundation and its activities;
•how well do you believe the Foundation funds have been spent at Riverside Health Care Facilities;
•do you believe the Foundation supports Riverside Health Care Facilities in the district equitably;
•how well does the Foundation communicate how the funds have been spent; and
•what is the best way for you to receive Foundation information?
Consultant Jeannette Cawston said last week’s open houses held in Fort Frances, Emo and Rainy River didn’t get the numbers they expected.
“But I think everyone who came were really pleased with the knowledge that they left with,” she noted.
“They weren’t aware of how the process works with the Foundation, so they were very pleased to understand that,” Cawston added.
She said the online survey now will help reach those who did not attend the open houses.
“I think this gives people more of an opportunity to do the survey right from their home or their laptop or their iPad–somewhere more convenient,” Cawston reasoned.
“We’re always looking for ideas and ways that the Foundation can improve,” she stressed.
The Riverside Foundation for Health Care is celebrating its 20th year in 2017.
As part of that, it is taking time to find out how it’s been doing and how it can improve going forward.
