Customer service activist Roy Prevost conducted a workshop on recruiting, retaining, and motivating employees in small businesses yesterday evening at the Copper River Inn. Just over 50 people attended the workshop, which was sponsored by the Rainy River Future Development Corp. The event also featured short presentations by NCDS and Anokiiwin Job Connect.
