From the OPP
At 7:44 a.m. today, the Rainy River District OPP responded to the report of a train/motor vehicle collision on Lauzon Road in the Township of Dawson.
A 2016 Dodge Caravan collided with a Canadian National Railway freight train.
As a result, three occupants of the van were taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The train crew suffered no injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
