Jolene Richert, at her “Jamberry Trunk,” asked Jordynne Bruyere if she wanted a trick or treat during the third-annual “Trunk or Treat” event yesterday at the Fort Frances Public Library. Despite the drizzly weather, organizers of the Hallowe’en event have deemed it a success, with an estimated 800 youngsters visiting the 14 decorated vehicles in the library’s parking lot.
