A contingent of district residents of all ages gathered Saturday morning for a memorial walk in support of family and friends of missing and murdered indigenous women. The walk, which started at the Sorting Gap Marina, was preceded by a traditional sunrise ceremony and offerings at the Nanicost grounds as well as a pancake breakfast at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
