No new fires were confirmed in the Northwest Region by yesterday afternoon.
The forest fire hazard is “moderate” across the southern sectors of the region and in parts of the north.
It is “low” in the remaining areas.
Hunters are reminded to be aware that FireRangers still can be out fighting fires in the bush where you’re hunting, as well as driving down the same back roads.
