As the skies opened up, two jam-packed vessels of participants opened their hearts as they tossed their flowers into the upper Rainy River as part of the cancer survivor tribute that was a highlight of the fifth-annual International Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday at the Sorting Gap Marina.
