Syncor Contracting Ltd. is continuing work on its first five-unit townhome complex being built on its Front Street property. Over the summer, the sewer and water connections were completed and the basements dug, with the next phase being construction of the actual units. The local development is seeing interest—one of the five units has been sold and another is pending—while Syncor has fielded 15-20 inquires in all so far.
