Caroline Goulding is settling in as the new CEO at the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre. Goulding said she’s impressed by the library and its programming, as well as the friendliness of the community. She replaced Alicia Subnaik Kilgour, who now is CEO of the Niagara Falls Public Library.
