Abigail Matheson raced through hula hoops held up by Sam Pearson, left, the health educator with the Northwestern Health Unit, along with OPP summer student Katrina Slomke and Northwestern Health Unit summer student Kate Parsons, at the Rotary Park here yesterday morning as part of the “Pop Up Play Zone.” The weekly event has been held in parks across town throughout August to promote outdoor activity, getting active, and meeting other kids.
