Laura Cochrane was busy sanding pieces to complete her wooden fish project yesterday during the week-long “Intro to Woodworking” camp offered by Confederation College here. Instructed by Vince Gouin, the participants learned how to use the scroll saw, band saw, drill saw, mitre saw, and disk/belt sander while creating a butterfly and fish intarsia wood mosaic.
