Max Hanson stood amid the ruins of what was one of the tents set up for the “Relay for Life” event that originally was to run in conjunction with the fifth-annual International Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Festival at the Sorting Gap Marina on Saturday. The festival was postponed until Sept. 17 while the “Relay” went ahead after switching venues to the Memorial Sports Centre.
