Board chair Julie Roy looked on as John Albanese cut the cake during a celebration to honour him for his 26 years of service to the Northwestern Health Unit. He was presented a certificate in front of family and friends, as well as the board of health and health unit staff here Friday morning. The board also established an “Award of Excellence” in Albanese’s name.
