Lilianna Rajala, three, looked on as Dr. Elaine Spencer gave her teddy bear a check-up during the annual “Teddy Bears’ Picnic” on Saturday at the Fort Frances Public Library. More than 350 people attended, with youngsters enjoying playing in bouncy houses, having their faces painted, and trying their hand at numerous games, including giant “Jenga” and “Kerplunk.” Hotdogs and juice were available to purchase, but many families brought along their own snacks and then found shady spots for their picnic blankets.
