More frustrated

Dear editor:
It really irks me when I see people who say or write things that are one-sided.
Most of the time it’s not good and only to their benefit.
They assume, judge, jump to conclusions, and don’t listen. They hear only what they want to hear and leave our important information.
In last week’s Times, a letter writer stated another farm had the OSPCA and OPP out there and they removed the horses because they were not being looked after.
Since both the OSPCA and OPP have been out to the farm west of Fort Frances several times, it’s safe to say they were OK with the situation.
What makes you think they wouldn’t do the same thing at this farm if conditions were so bad.
Are you saying the OSPCA and OPP aren’t doing their jobs? It almost sounds like you have a vendetta against this farm.
If you are so worried about these horses, why not help before deciding it’s better that you have the horses.
I’m sure that if you can look after 10 horses, you could help out someone else if you feel it needs to be done.
Cows die, dogs die, and horses die. And since you weren’t there, you don’t know how they died—rumours and people who have hate ons for other people don’t count as fact.
Obviously, the people you are referring to that have offered their support, and getting frustrated, are not the ones that have and are actually helping and supporting this farm.
And I really don’t know anyone who owns horses that need to be fed every four hours.
So for all the negative things that are out there, learn the facts before you judge.
Make yourself useful and start helping instead of hindering.
