The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) squad is requesting the public’s help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of parole.
Toby Meeseewaypetung is described as an aboriginal male aged 22, standing 5’11” and weighing 161 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes, along with a scar on his lower lip.
Meeseewaypetung is serving a three-year sentence for manslaughter.
He is known to frequent the areas of Thunder Bay, Kenora, and Grassy Narrows First Nation.
