Fort Frances Mayor Roy Avis was filmed by a production crew Saturday at Tim Hortons here, which was decorated for winter with a cozy woolen inspiration. The temporary decor also included a giant scarf and a large toque on the exterior of the building. More details about the filming are expected tomorrow.
