Renowned “We Day” motivational speaker Spencer West spoke to Grade 7 and 8 students at the Townshend Theatre yesterday, describing his journey after losing both legs from the pelvis down at the age of five. His message focused on overcoming challenges, and to be inspired to do something to create positive change locally or globally. He spoke to Grade 9 students at Fort High this morning before heading to Atikokan High School this afternoon.
