The Muskie boys’ hockey team fell 1-0 to the Sturgeon Heights Huskies (Winnipeg) last night in their first game at the annual John Taylor Piper Classic in Winnipeg.
Fort High continued Pool ‘A’ action this morning against the host Pipers (score unavailable at press time).
The Muskies then close preliminary-round action tonight at 8 p.m. against the Garden City Gophers (Winkler).
The playoffs run all day tomorrow.
