Shortly after 3 a.m. on Dec. 28, Rainy River District OPP officers observed a vehicle driving in a suspicious manner on Colonization Road East in Fort Frances
Officers conducted a traffic stop and conducted an investigation.
As a result, a 23-year-old Fort Frances man was charged with one count of having a blood alcohol level over 80 mg.
He will appear in court here Jan. 26 at 9:30 a.m.
Meanwhile, shortly after 7:45 p.m. on Dec. 20, police were conducting a R.I.D.E. check in the Portage Avenue area.
As a result of an investigation, a 41-year-old Fort Frances man was charged with having a blood alcohol level over 80 mg.
He appeared in court here Dec. 29.
Members of the public are urged to report impaired driving by calling 9-1-1 in emergency situations.
