It was a Happy Canada Day for Railee Jodoin of Pinewood, who won the $1,000 up for grabs July 1 in the Rainy River District Mutual Aid Association’s weekly cash calendar draw.
Winning $100 for June 30 and July 1, respectively, were H.D. Manaigre (Ignace) and Tim Rud (International Falls).
Winning $30 for June 29-July 5 were Dan Dorie (Emo), Tom Abma (Fort Frances), Nancy and Bob Fretter (Stratton), Jessica Woodgate (Fort Frances), Gerald Thurier (Atikokan), Greg Herrmann (Fort Frances), and Nancy and Bob Fretter (Stratton).
Winning $30 for July 6-12 were Yuma Kewakundo (Fort Frances), Gary Audette (Fort Frances), Shawn and Melanie Lowry (Winnipeg), Randy Cameron (Atikokan), Joe Prettyman (International Falls), Edward Shepanski (Fort Frances), and A. Socholotuk (Fort Frances).
