Captain C.M. Johnston-Brown, Area Cadet Officer of Northwestern Ontario, presented the 908 Rainy Lake Air Cadet Squadron with the Proficiency Award last week. CV Cathy Richards was on hand to accept the award, which is given out annually to the organization that best exemplifies the co-operative efforts between the league, the sponsor, and the squadron in the spirit of the Air Cadet movement.
