Mandy Lahti, above, was among the participants in a pumpkin-carving contest held at From the Grind Up on Scott Street on Saturday. The public was welcome to drop by the coffee shop and vote for their favourite pumpkin. Samantha Manty ended up winning the first-annual From the Grind Up Pumpkin Carving Contest.
