Lt(N) Dawn Gray, left, the newly-appointed Commanding Officer of the 144 Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Fort Frances, signed the “Change of Command” certificates along with Area Cadet Officer Capt. Chris Johnston-Brown, centre, and outgoing CO Lt(N) Terry Newman, CD, during a ceremony in Emo last Tuesday. The corps, for kids aged 12-18, meets Tuesday evenings at the curling club in Emo.
