This watercolour painting is just one of the works by Penny Faragher now on exhibit at the Fine Line Art Gallery here. Faragher, whose work also includes digitally-enhanced photos, is the gallery’s “Artist of the Month” for both September and October. After that, the gallery will be gearing up for its “Christmas Extravaganza” in November.
