Toni Cupp, the new owner and tattooist at Tonic Tattoos on Scott Street, prepared the inks before starting a tattoo yesterday afternoon during her store’s grand-opening, which continues through 6 p.m. today. Cupp, whose slogan is “Stabbing victims since ’02,” has dainties, coffee, and a selection of select pre-designed tattoos on sale to celebrate the opening of her already busy shop.
