Fort Frances Lakers’ defencemen Connor Hady was pressured by Wisconsin Wilderness forward Shane Topf for possesion of the puck during the second period of the Lakers’ 4-3 in Game 2 of the second leg of their SIJHL “showdown” series Saturday night at the Ice For Kids Arena. The Lakers went on to win the series in a dramatic 11-round shootout to earn the right to choose their opponent for the semi-finals, which will be the Dryden Ice Dogs.
