Museum assistant Sherry George put up one of the 30 images that comprise the new exhibit, “Who We Are, How We Relate,” that just opened today at the Fort Frances Museum. The exhibit is a Photovoice project that began in the fall of 2008 by local First Nations, Métis, and non-native residents, who met weekly to take photos as well as discuss themes of identity and the sources of division and co-operation between native and non-native people. The exhibit runs until May 1. The museum is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
