Music students from J.W. Walker, Robert Moore, and Our Lady of the Way joined together with band members from across the boarder yesterday to participate in the second-annual All-School Music Festival at the Backus Community Center in International Falls. The massed band of about 250 students rehearsed in the morning, then offered a public performance in the afternoon to showcase their talents.
