Citizen of the Year Diane Maxey picked the winning ticket for the Fort Frances Kiwanis Club’s “Trip of the Month” draw for January this morning at International Travel Services here as Kiwanian Robin Wright looked on. Kevin Nielson of Fort Frances will be heading on a Caribbean cruise—a trip valued at $4,200. Next month’s draw is for a trip to Honolulu.
