Tammy Crowe inspected Peyton Avis’ car seat Friday afternoon in the Canadian Tire parking lot during a safety blitz. Under supervision from a Transport Canada instructor, trainees from several agencies did the inspections. OPP Cst. Anne McCoy, a certified car seat inspector, organized the blitz and will be holding another one in the spring.
