Boston Pizza Fort Frances franchisees Elizabeth Leishman-Fortes, left, and Dale Fortes were all smiles as their daughter, Isabella, did the honourary sod-turning—with a little help from Mayor Roy Avis—yesterday afternoon at the future site of the new restaurant. Also on hand for the ceremony were Piero Staltaro, site supervisor for Platinum Construction Corp., Geoff Gillon of the Rainy River Future Development Corp., chief building official Rick Hallam, and municipal planner Faye Flatt.
