A crew from Tom Veert Contracting yesterday began preparing the construction site of the new Boston Pizza franchise here. Located just west of the Super 8 Motel, an official ground-breaking is planned for next Tuesday (May 19), after which Platinum Construction Corp. will begin building the restaurant in the next couple of weeks, with the work expected to take about 20 weeks for a late-fall opening. TThe franchisees are Dale Fortes and Elizabeth Leishman-Fortes.
