Little Natalie Paige Seguin was the first baby born in Rainy River District for 2009. Originally due on New Year’s Eve, she was born at La Verendrye Hospital at 12:23 a.m. on Jan. 1 weighing in at seven pounds, 12 oz. Proud parents are her mom, Katie, and dad, Tom, of Pinewood, and she is a baby sister to Leah. As the New Year’s baby for 2009, the Seguins will be provided gifts and gift baskets courtesy of the Cabin Country Quilt Guild, Canada Safeway, Fort Floral, Pharmasave, and Shoppers Drug Mart.
