Local residents Fred Whitehead, left, Larry Wood, and Jean Richards helped NDP candidate John Rafferty cut the ribbon Saturday to officially open his campaign headquarters here. Located at 517 Mowat Ave. (across from Green’s), the office is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m., 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturdays, and 1-6 p.m. on Sundays.
