Betty Plumridge admired the Monarch Butterfly she released into the wild yesterday afternoon during the Rainy River District Palliative Care Program’s second-annual butterfly release at the Legion Park here. Nearly 20 people participated in the event. A butterfly release also was held in Rainy River on Saturday.
